How long does an inspection take?+
A standard full home inspection takes 2–4 hours on-site. 4-point and wind mitigation reports are 45–90 minutes. You get a full illustrated PDF report within 24 hours.
Do you use drones for roof inspections?+
No. Every roof is walked by hand — every slope, every valley, every penetration. Drones miss cracked tiles, soft spots, and flashing failures that turn into flooded ceilings later.
Do I need a 4-point inspection or a full home inspection?+
If you're buying, get a full home inspection. If your insurer is asking for one (usually on homes 25+ years old), you also need a 4-point. Many South Florida homeowners get both — often bundled.
